With this easy class, you have the opportunity to visit a local market and learn how to choose fresh products, what ingredients, and why.

Then you go to a private house to learn the typical recipes.

The lesson ends with a delicious meal of which you will have learned all the tricks.

During lunch will be served a wine specially chosen for those recipes.
